Our splendid villa with two independent apartments is situated
in a residential area between the famous
Spa town of Fiuggi Fonte and the picturesque medieval village of Fiuggi Città

An ideal location for a relaxing holiday
in beautiful countryside with easy access to Rome by train
and by motorway to Pompeii  Montecassino and the Mediterranean coast.

The apartments may be rented separately or together if you wish to enjoy
a shared holiday in the Rome area with friends or relations.

Each apartment sleeping 4 people are newly furnished and decorated
and have a splendid view of the large garden the valley and distant hills.

The ground floor apartment has direct access to the garden,
the first floor apartment has large balconies facing south and west.

Our large garden ideal for sunbathing has a plunge pool.
The gazebo and barbeque are perfect for a meal in the summer evenings.

Sample a large variety of home-grown vegetables
from our vegetable garden with a bottle of local wine.

Children's play area and Private parking.
The grounds are not overlooked and have a remote controlled gate
making it impossible for small children to wander
