 During the cooler months of the year a wood burning fire situated in the lounge provides heating as an alternative to the gas central heating.

Linen is provided and consists of sheets, pillow cases, one bath towel hand towel, and guest towel per person.
Table cloths, napkins, table mats, tea towels.

The property is newly built, with double glazed windows and shutters.
The windows also have fly screens.
